the First (1st) Joint Management Body Annual General Meeting (AGM) was held by the developer, Crimson Attraction Sdn Bhd. During the meeting, all 12 candidates nominated by D'Aman Ria Owners and Residents Association had been elected into the Joint Management Committee (JMC).

the First Joint Management Committee Meeting was held. During the meeting, the following decisions had been done:
- election of office bearers and each of the remaining committee members are given power to monitor his/her own section of the building management daily operations.
- the official name of this Joint Management Body should be "JMB D'Aman Ria".
- to start sourcing for a competant building management service provider.

ReplyDeleteAccess card: In the past, the appointed agent by developer charge resident, each card rm30 with another deposit of rm50. Thus, many tenants and even family members of owners refuse to make purchase.
ReplyDeleteUnder JMC care, to encourage more residents to get their individual card, the card is on sale for rm20 with no deposit since Apr 2009. Now, as we aim to go forward to condo style of security, as promotion for one month, it shall be on sale at rm10.
Cheap publicity in lift: Yes, as secretary I agree, I do not like it to be pasted so. This issue had been raised in JMC meetings many times. The managers with the excuse of interuption by other issues, fail to follow up to get proper notice board, to be placed in the lift.
Do you know that cheap sale of access card can threaten the security?
ReplyDeleteWith RM 10, outsider (with the help of resident) can easily apply and indirectly gain access to D’Aman. Reason why most of the others building management charge much higher on the access card is due to security and control on issuing of the access card. It not by promoting so called cheap access card!!!
Old car park and door access card change to new access card (issue by JMB)???
The problem is nothing to do with our current access card. In fact my clients access card (8 Years) is still functioning well from old system when migrate to new system from (ELID). Most of the access card is compatible with any new systems and are not require changing to new card even after upgrading.
