Hi, I am a new buyer of D'aman Ria Apartment. May I know if D'aman Ria is currently under Master Title or Strata Title? If Master Title, when is the Strata Title going to be released? Thanks

ReplyDeleteThe developer is dragging the leg, they had submitted 2nd amendment application to the authority last year.
The Land Office has yet to finalize it.
Please advice who is holding the parking ownership for D'Aman Ria Apartment? WHo should i look for regarding parking issue?
