The D'aman Ria Management Corporation had been set up and awaiting for 25% of all owners to get their Strata Title.
Once the 1st AGM is called, this JMB shall hand over within 1 month and shall be dissolved after 3 months.

what happen after the MC is set up? What are the changes to D'aman Ria future?
ReplyDeleteLegally, once the MC is formed via its 1st AGM, the developer shall no longer has any rights to the project.
ReplyDeleteThe MC's approved motions & day-to-day operation shall be oversea & executed by the Management Council. No seat is reserve for developer.
Anyway, the floor (voting members of MC) shall decides the future of D'aman Ria.
For example:
a. the management council can propose to MC to purchase office lot (as mgmt office) + car park lots from nearby commercial building (rental to fellow residents). As it is a commercial transaction, the floor shall decide.
b. painting of exterior of the building
c. creation of more car park lots (temporary, do not require land office approval) within the perimeter, without violating MBPJ car park lot guideline.
