16 Sep 2018 New Malaysia Family Day gathering

The management committee organized a family day gathering on 16th Sept 2018. 
This is the 3rd gathering. The 1st was on new year eve 31st Dec 2009. 
The 2nd was on National Day 31st Aug 2013. 

This time, we have 14 game booth, 1 inflatable castle, luck draw, buffet and satay (halal). 

On behalf of the committee, we wish to thank Joey and her family members for all the effort and support to her as game organizer. 

Lucky draw and prizes sponsored by our service provider, legal advisor and fellow owners and residents. 

Not to be forgotten, Yong, as the event photographer. Volunteers who helped up at the game booth to make the event sucessful.

1st AGM of Perbadanan Pengurusan D'Aman Ria

The 1st AGM of Perbadanan Pengurusan D'Aman Ria had been called on 11 October 2014.
With that, this JMB is deemed to be dissolved 3 months after Perbadanan Pengurusan D'Aman Ria held its first meeting.


The new building manager is Mr Soman.

Strata title is ready

On 26 September, the developer Crimson Attraction Sdn. Bhd. had released a notice that our Strata Titles are ready.

The D'aman Ria Management Corporation had been set up and awaiting for 25% of all owners to get their Strata Title.

Once the 1st AGM is called, this JMB shall hand over within 1 month and shall be dissolved after 3 months.

New building manager in placed

Since Mr Pok resignation on 31 March 2010, finally we had managed to recruit a new building manager.
The new manager is Mr Alex Lim.

In the 2nd AGM conducted on 10 April 2010, election had been conducted to elect 2nd batch of JMC members.

New LRT Station confirmed: STN 01 Subang Depot

As per announced in the media on 15 September 2009, it has been confirmed that a new LRT station will be built at Subang Depot, which would be located exactly adjacent of our buildng.

The construction of the extension is expected to start in Q1 2010 and shall be readyby 2012.
